• What is the Flix Brewhouse age policy?
  Flix Brewhouse strives to provide a mature, enjoyable environment. Children under the age of six are not admitted to our theaters at any time except for special “all-ages” shows. During matinees, guests under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. For show times after 6 p.m. we are strictly 21 and over, unless accompanied by a parent, grandparent or legal guardian.
• How does Flix Brewhouse feel about texting?
  Flix Brewhouse is dedicated to providing the best cinema experience possible. Therefore, those who are found to be disruptive in the theatre will be asked to leave without a refund. This includes chatty movie-goers, rowdy children, and those that cannot put their phones down during the movie. In addition, any photography, still or motion, of a copyrighted cinematic presentation is a criminal offense under anti-piracy laws. In short, NO GABBING, NO PHOTOS, NO VIDEOS, NO PHONE CALLS, and NO TEXTING!
• How does your seating work?
  Flix Brewhouse seats guests in groups (A, B, C, D, etc.) based on the order they purchased tickets. The sooner you buy your tickets, the more likely you will be in a group that is seated first. We do not use assigned seating.
• What is “Stand-By” seating?
  Shows at Flix are sold out at about 85% occupancy. This makes it more likely the people even in the last seating group may be sat together. Stand-by seats are available for the last 15%. These likely won’t be the best seats, and couples and groups may be seated separately. Regular ticket price applies for stand-by.
• What is your alcohol policy?
  Due to Texas law applicable in Williamson County, alcoholic beverage service stops at midnight Sunday-Friday and 1:00am on Saturday nights. Servers will then remove any unconsumed alcoholic beverages from the theatre. We appreciate your cooperation.
• Can I host a birthday party at Flix Brewhouse? A corporate event? An anniversary celebration? An NFL fantasy draft party?
  Yes! Yes! Yes! In fact, any group between 10 and 800 people can reserve space with us for events such as parties, company outings, training seminars and presentations. We have a dedicated team that can help plan your function and make sure everything about your event is exactly how you want it.
• I hear there’s great food at Flix! How do I order it during my movie?
  It’s true! Here at Flix Brewhouse we pride ourselves on our fresh, delicious food served up fast from our top notch kitchen. As soon as you sit down, you will be greeted by your server. To call your server at any time, simply press the button at your seat, wait for your server to arrive and quietly place your order. Last call will be 45 minutes before the end of the show to allow plenty of time to order dessert and for our servers to close out your check.
• Where can I buy Flix Tix?
  You can buy tickets here on our own ticket buying page. You can also purchase tickets directly at our box office.
• Can I enjoy Flix Brewhouse without paying to see a movie?
  Of course! Our lobby and bar are open seven days a week. Come grab a bite to eat off our full menu and enjoy a pint of locally brewed beer anytime!
• What is Flix Quix?
  Flix Quix is our take on the traditional movie theatre concession stand. It’s a Grab-n-Go bar set up in our lobby for moviegoers who don’t want to wait to start snacking during their movie. Pick up a bucket of popcorn, a bucket of beer, a ready to eat and freshly made sandwich or a bottle of wine and take it into the theatre with you.
• Do you show movies in 3-D?
  If a movie is available in 3-D, Flix can show it! Our 3-D surcharge of only $2.50 is the lowest in the area.
• Does ‘Brewhouse’ mean you only carry beer?
  Flix has the largest draft beer selection of any cinema in America by a factor of two. Although our main focus is on our own special recipe beers and other outstanding beers from around the world, we have an extensive wine selection and many specialty non-alcoholic beverages. Mixed beverages are available before and after the show from HomeField Grill next door.
• Do you really brew your own beer?
  We really do! You can see our brewery from outside of Flix and from inside the lobby. To learn more about our brewery and our Brewmaster, click here.
• Are there any other Flix Brewhouse locations?
  This location in Round Rock, TX is the first Flix Brewhouse, and the only first run cinema brewery in the world. Planning is always in progress for future locations!
