WHAT IS THE FLIX BREWHOUSE AGE POLICY?
21 and older: Come on in any time. Ages 17 to 21: Check us out any time before 7 pm. Remember, after 7 pm, you’ll need to be with a parent or other responsible adult. Ages 6 to 16: You are good to go for all Rated G, PG and PG-13 shows as long as you are with a parent or responsible adult. It isn’t really appropriate for you to see Rated R motion pictures though. Ages 5 and under: You can see all G and PG movies at Flix that start before 7 pm. No PG-13 or Rated R movies though!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE THE SHOW I PURCHASED TICKETS TO?
If you are unable to make the original show time, we are able to swap the tickets for a different showtime, or provide a refund for the ticket purchase provided that the swap or refund occurs in our lobby BEFORE the start of the original movie show time.
WHAT IF I BUY TICKETS ONLINE AND DON'T HAVE A PRINTER?
Not a problem! If you are unable to print your tickets at home, simply bring the credit card used for purchase with you when you arrive to Flix for your movie. The red kiosks lcoated in our lobby can easily pull up your tickets and print them for you on the spot. Our box office can also help with this task if the kiosks are in use.
HOW DOES SEATING WORK? WHAT IS 'GROUP' SEATING?
Flix Brewhouse seats guests in groups (A, B, C, D, etc.) based on the order they purchased tickets. The sooner you buy your tickets, the more likely you will be in a group that is seated first. We do not use assigned seating.
HOW EARLY DOES FLIX SEAT GUESTS BEFORE A MOVIE?
We begin seating approximately 30 minutes prior to showtime. We begin with group A, then move onto group B, etc. Seating for midnight premieres begins approximately one hour prior to showtime.
HOW DOES SEATING FOR A MIDNIGHT PREMIERE WORK?
Our midnight premieres work a little differently than our regular showtimes. For midnight premieres, we do NOT use group seating. Guests will form a line prior to being sat in the theatre. This line is first come, first serve. We will seat the theatres approximately one hour prior to showtime for midnight premieres.
CAN I TALK AND TEXT DURING THE MOVIE?
Flix Brewhouse is dedicated to providing the best cinema experience possible. Therefore, those who are found to be disruptive in the theatre will be asked to leave without a refund. This includes chatty movie-goers, rowdy children and those that cannot put their phones down during the movie. In addition, any photography, still or motion, of a copyrighted cinematic presentation is a criminal offense under anti-piracy laws. You talk, you text, you leave.
WHAT IS YOUR ALCOHOL POLICY?
Due to Texas law applicable in Williamson County, alcoholic beverage service stops at midnight Sunday-Friday and 1:00am on Saturday nights. Servers will then remove any unconsumed alcoholic beverages from the theatre. We appreciate your cooperation.
I HEAR THERE'S GREAT FOOD AT FLIX. HOW DO I ORDER DURING MY MOVIE?
It’s true! Here at Flix Brewhouse we pride ourselves on our fresh, delicious food served up fast from our top notch kitchen. As soon as you sit down, you will be greeted by your server. To call your server at any time, simply press the button at your seat, wait for your server to arrive and quietly place your order. Last call will be 45 minutes before the end of the show to allow plenty of time to order dessert and for our servers to close out your check.
