WHAT’S THE FLIX BREWHOUSE AGE POLICY?
Flix is primarily adult-oriented. Those 21 and older may see any show any time. Ages 17 to 20: You can come solo to showtimes before 7 pm. But for shows 7 pm and later, you’ll need to be with a parent or other responsible adult. Ages 6 to 16: You are good to go for all rated G, PG and PG-13 shows as long as you are with a parent or responsible adult. It isn’t really appropriate for you to see rated R motion pictures though. Ages 2-5: You can see all G and PG movies at Flix that start before 7 pm, but not after. No PG-13 or R movies though at any time! Infants, toddlers and strollers are only allowed in Flix during special “Baby Day” events.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ABOUT LATE ARRIVALS?
We begin seating approximately 30 minutes prior to showtime in order to provide food and beverage service before the feature begins. We do not seat late arrivals after the feature begins, so you will not be able to see the show if you are not on time.
WHAT DOES MX MEAN NEXT TO SOME MOVIES?
MX is our Maximum Experience auditorium. These select MX auditoriums feature our largest screen and more seats than any of our auditoriums. It also is our Dolby Atmos certified auditorium which creates a completely immerse, 360 degree listening experience.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY TICKETS BUT MY PLANS CHANGE?
If you are unable to make the original show time, we are able to swap the tickets for a different showtime, or provide a refund for the ticket purchase provided that the swap or refund occurs in our lobby BEFORE the start of the original movie show time.
WHAT IF I BUY TICKETS ONLINE AND DON'T HAVE A PRINTER?
Not a problem! If you are unable to print your tickets at home, simply bring the credit card used for purchase with you when you arrive to Flix for your movie. The kiosks located in our lobby can easily pull up your tickets and print them for you on the spot. Our box office can also help with this task if the kiosks are in use. If you buy on a smart phone, the QR code we send you will admit you paper-free.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS TALKING OR TEXTING DURING THE MOVIE?
Flix Brewhouse is dedicated to providing the best cinema experience possible. Those who are found to be disruptive in the theatre will be asked to leave without a refund. This includes chatty moviegoers, those who cannot put their phones down during the movie, and children who talk, scream, or don’t stay in their seat. Please alert a staff member if another person is disrupting your moviegoing experience. In addition, any photography, still or motion, of a copyrighted cinematic presentation is a criminal offense under anti-piracy laws. Please remember: You talk, you text, you leave.
I HEAR THERE'S GREAT FOOD AT FLIX. HOW DO I ORDER DURING MY MOVIE?
It’s true! Here at Flix Brewhouse we pride ourselves on our fresh, delicious food served up fast from our top-notch kitchen. Once you sit down, your server will greet you. To call your server for service later, simply press the button at your seat, wait for your server to arrive and quietly place your order. Last call will be 30-40 minutes before the end of the show to allow time to enjoy a dessert and close out your check.
CAN I ENJOY FLIX WITHOUT PAYING FOR A MOVIE?
Of course! Our lobby and bar are open seven days a week. Come grab a bite to eat off our full menu and enjoy a pint of locally brewed beer anytime!
DO YOU REALLY BREW YOUR OWN BEER?
We really do! You can see our brewery from outside of Flix and from inside the lobby.
